Unity 4.2 unable to transfer calls to internal numbers
when we call into the auto attendant and select a user to transfer to, it will start to ring but then goes direct to voice mail. I have been through the subscriber settings for multiple users and checked the transfer settings but it just won't call the internal numbers. I can set it to dial 9,XXX XXXX like it's coming from an outside line and it will transfer. Probably something simple but temporaliy stumped... using unity 4.2 and callmanager 4.1
