Unity 4.2, with error 0x8004010F http 500.100 SA web

when i tried to add a subscriber, SA Web send me http 500.100 - Internal server Error ASP error Internet Services

Hi,

I did a search for that error code, and I turned up this defect:CSCed68903

The Release Note says:

Symptom: An error is displayed in the Cisco Unity System Administrator pages:

Error Type:

(0x8004010F)

/Web/Common/include/SaConstInc.asp, line 107

Condition: This error occurs in the SA if the database is empty.

Workaround: Verify your database is not empty. If it is, run ConfigMgr.exe from

the \Commserver directory and re-create the default database.
