Hi.
i have a problem, i don't know if it's stupid or not, maybe you can help me.
I tried to configure for the subscriber a "costume key map" so they would be able to dial to the calling number directly from the mailbox (PSTN caller). But that function does not work. The system says: "Invalid selection". This features only works for subscribers but not for an outside caller. What could be the problem, can anyone help me?????
Thanks,
JOGO

custom key maps are for subscribers, that's why it does not work for outside callers.
you can read the help and watch the video so you understand how this works

Yes what i did was for the subscribers. When they access the mailbox if there is a message from a PSTN caller, then there should be an option to call that number (dial the caller id string. Tried to configure but that option is not available.
