During office hours if an out side call comes to the reception, play the welcome greeting thereafter provide options to the caller to dial the extension of the subscriber if he knows or hold to reach the reception.

In office hours greetings are played but when the extn for the subscriber is dialled, it lands directly on the Voice Mail for the subscriber.It does not ring the subscriber extension at all.
