I'm trying to record greetings using Cisco Unity 5.0(1) receives the "No ports on the voice server available for outgoing calls" error message. The TRaP Connection is checked in the port configuration.
I'm using demo license to connect my Unity to CUCM 7.0
1. First, did your integration to CUCM 7.0 test OK using Unity UTIM?
2. In the Unity SA webpage, do you have extension numbers listed for your Ports? These should match your Unity line group coded in CUCM. Make sure the ports configured for TRaP are also enabled.
3. Are you using ViewMail 5.0 on the workstation for recording greetings or the Unity Assistant? Both of these use the Media Master control bar, which requires DCOM to be enabled on both the Unity server and the desktop client.
