We have a mixed installation (UM/VM) of Unity 5 integrated with Domino 7. We have a couple hundred UM users working happily, and are rolling out VM-only boxes to users at this point. This morning's roll-out included a couple of users who report that they are getting MWI notifications for e-mail return/read receipts. They are not getting notified for e-mail in general, and the TTS box is greyed out in Unity Admin.
Any suggestion for how to make these extra MWI notifications stop? Any assistance is appreciated.
With Exchange, you can exclude read receipts from the voicemail stack. However, this cannot be done with Domino, as receipts do not have a separate message class. See the following post for one possible workaround.
