Unity 5 language issue

Guys,

I am constantly getting this error thrown up every time it would appear someone tries to access Unity. GLA_error.jpg

I have looked at the recommended solution

and at CSCeb14579 Bug Details and fix

And applied all the language settings. The Unity and regional settings on the server all say UK. The only thing I find strange is the licences (GLA_licences.jpg) state I have 2 Languages support (one is I assume the default)but says that none have been utilized so dont know if its related. Any ideas or thought would be appreciated

Guys,

Just to add to this the language code in the SQL database in the Subscribers template shows 1033 which according the Microsoft is their locale code for the US the UK one should be 2057. SO looks like to the correct locale is not going into the database
