<p>we were running unity 7.0(2) with FO and UCCM 4.x and had no issues with MWI. we recently integrated Unity 7.0(2) with UCCM 7.x and MWI is not working. are there any known issues? is there something that needs to be looked at? in UTIM i needed to select 5.x and later for the phone integration and MWI turned on for a split sec and then didnt work at all after that.</p>
Have you confirmed that Unity is in fact dialing MWI out properly using the Port Status Monitor each time you leave a message? If you can determine that, you know Unity is doing its job and the problem lies elsewhere. Otherwise, you'll want to set MWI macro tracing and see what's going on.
