Hi all,
Was wondering if some one could lend a hand. We have a recorded greeting right now for one of our Auto Attendants that point to 4 extensions everything works fine the only problem is 1 of those people no longer work here so instead of modifying the recorded message I was wondering if there is a way to use the system as the source instead of the recording. If I look at the system definition it says it uses a prerecorded message along with the subscriber name. I am new to the voice side of cisco and was hoping someone could help me get through the steps on this one. Any help is appreciated.

Hi jwils,
I really think that Brad is most correct here (+5 Brad!)
If the AA is listing a person/extension that no longer works at the
company, then you will want to change the Greeting eventually. Have a look
at how this can be done quite easily. This way you'll be ready for next time as well.
