Unity 7 Upgrade Guide

I am going to be upgrading  out Unity 5.0(1) to Unity 7.0 and looking for Cisco's Upgrade Guide from 5 to 7. For some reason when I go to this link http://conft.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/7x/redirect/7xinstallupgradeinfo.html  I am only seeing Unity 5 documents which talks about upgrading from 4 to 5 and not 5 to 7. Anyone have the guide I am looking for.....or am I on crack and just not seeing it.

No, Cisco didn't update all of the documentation for this release. See the quote in the link you posted that says:

"For this release, only a portion of the Cisco Unity documentation set was updated. Use the following Release 5.x versions of guides that were not updated—all content in these guides applies to Release 7.x:"

The process should be identical to the 5.x upgrade.

You are not on crack

The documentation for 7.x was not updated (in many cases) because

of it's overlap and similarity with 5.x. Here is the reference to this in the 7.x release notes;
