I now have a need for all incoming calls that would normally be going to the receptionist to go to the Unity AA first. I will have a schedule setup so that if it is during 8-5 it will transfer directly from the AA to the receptionist but as soon as it hits 5:00PM then it will not go to the receptionist but will play the AA call handler. I have the time of day routing rules worked out and the connection plar working to the AA. The problem I have is that it does not transfer directly to the person. I always hear the please wait while I transfer your call from unity instead of just blind transferring. How can I set this up so it will forward directly to extension during the day but not play any prompt so the customer does not know they are taking the extra hop during the day time.
