Unity and Exchange in child domain

What is the procedure regarding Permissions I should follow when my Exchange is in a child domain and Unity in the parent domain?

-Where should I run Permission Wizard?

-What about Domain trusts?

If it is a Child domain there should already be a trust from the Parent to the Child
