I am working on a customer that had their AA setup to route any voice messages left while someone was using the AA to the Example Administrator subscriber. They are able to log into this account just fine, but after that they get a message saying your messages aren't available.
1. Using ADUC (you can also use Exchange System Manager to view the mailbox) - confirm there is a mailbox associated with the EAdmin user. ESM will also tell you how many items are in the mailbox.
2. In ADUC, on the Exchange General Tab, Delivery options, check to see if a Forwarding address has been specified. This action would reroute mail intended for EAdmin to another.
3. From an Outlook client on your PC, NOT on the Unity server, create an email profile and start Outlook with this profile. Use as the inbox the account for EAdmin. See if you can view the inbox OK. If not, there may be a problem with the inbox.
I would recommend you route the AA messages to another inbox until you have this problem corrected.
