Unity and strange 'fax' tone

Hi, when hitting a subscribers Unity Mailbox I hear his recorded greeting then rather than allowing me to record a message I hear weird almost fax tones back. Any ideas?

Hi -

Have you checked his Standard Greeting from the Unity SA and:

1. Played the wav file to see if the greeting includes the weird fax tones

2. Look at the After message action to see where it goes and checkout that wav file, if it is being sent to a call handler, for example.
