Unity automated greeting

We have a user's voicemail box acting pretty strange. Whenever she checks her voicemail from her phone the automated greeting plays really slow as if the operator wasn't all up there. Most of the other voicemail boxes are fine...the ones that I've checked at least. Has anyone ever come across something like this? We are running version 7.0(2)

Elliot,

This is most likely due to the "Sticky Prompts" feature. Chances are the user mistakingly slowed down the prompt with a key press and this speed will "stick" or remain the same the next time they login until they change it back.

Have a look:

Hope that helps,
