Unity backup and restore

Hello.I have try to backup the unity data using DiRT.then I setup a new unity enviroment in the same version,etc. 4.21 or 7.02.After I complete all the integration between CM and Unity,I can access the voicemail and I can listen the welcome prompt.But,when I try to restore the user mailbox and some callhandler application,I can not access the voicemail.How can I do some troubleshooting on this?

Shouldn't you restore the DiRT backup well before your new Unity is integrated with CUCM ?
