Unity Bulk Import optional column headers

I am using the Unity Bulk Import tool in Unity 4.0(4) to

create about 600 Internet subscribers. I have reviewed the help documentation

and Unity admin guide listing of optional column headers that can be used when

creating the .csv file for import. However, there is no reference to the column

header that should be used to specify the following: Subscribers ->

Greetings -> "After Greeting: Send Caller to" parameter.

I need to be able to specify "Send caller to Subscriber" and then

specify the subscriber number to send the caller to. These field headers were not listed in any Unity documentation. Does anyone know where there is a complete list of field headers that I can use to build my .csv file?

They were not listed because they are not a supported set of properties that can be imported via CSV. The list in the help file is, indeed, complete.
