Unity Call Handler and database corruption

when dialing the main number 440 282 6768 the number gets translated to a call handler 5201 (autumn aeges main)which is done through Unity. this call handler stopped responding. rebooted the Unity server but it didn't help. in the event logs there are errors that indicate database corruption. he has a temporary fix in place by routing the main number to bypass the autoattendant and ring directly to a nurses station.

What message do you get when calling Unity.?

Under CallHandler does it has a valid message recipient under Messages options in CH ?

Have your run DBWalker to check DB consistency?
