Unity Call Handler Configuration

Hi All,

I have done a quick search and have found some very useful info, however I couldn't find an example or work out what I need to configure.

I am new to Unity so please forgive me for naming things incorrectly.

The config I am looking for is to have a number pointing to voicemail, look at a schedule and for open hours play 2 separate messages and then transfer to a normal DN.

Out of hours I need to play an announcement and then hang up (no ability to leave a message).

Based on other questions here I have configured a call handler with no greeting and then after greeting action to a second call handler with the schedule set. This works OK to transfer to 2 different DN's but I don't really want to keep bouncing back and forth between CUCM and unity to achieve the rest of the config.

One CH with schedule adjusted

One CH with schedule adjusted as you need will suffice for the greetings, record standard for open hours, closed for after-hours.

For afterhours, set the after greeting action to hang up.

For std, after greeting, send to another CH with call transfer settings set to ring whatever phone you want in CUCM
