I have an end user who keeps getting calls from one of my unity ports (shows up on her primary extension as a call from voicemail). She picks up the call and (of course) gets dead air. Any ideas? I have over 500 unity users and this isn't happening to anyone else.

It could be a misconfigured pager notification device.
You might try using CUDLE to look at the Unity NotificationDevice table to see if you can determine if a notification device is incorrectly dialing her phone:

If you find there is a rogue device, you can use the System Administration to change the settings or disable it.

You nailed it. Someone had fat-fingered their pager number. Thanks for your help.
