Unity can no longer see Partner Mail Server

I am running Unity 4.0(4) and it is connecting to a partner Exchange 2003 server. Recently, the Exchange server was moved to a different building and a different subnet; so, I re-ran the Unity Permissions Wizard and the Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard. I can go through these 2 successfully, and they see the email server. But, when I go into the Event Viewer, it states that there is an error and that UMR cannot communicate with the partner mail server (Event ID:110). Have I missed a step in going through this? Just wondering, because i am starting to think that this is less of a Unity issue and more of a routing or network issue.
