Does anyone know if there are any tools available that can automate the running of reports in Unity Connection? For now, we're ok with the "canned" reports that CUC provides, but will need to run reports on a daily basis for a particular customer. Running these manually would be a huge chore.
Thanks for the reply. Specifically I'm looking to automate the "canned" call handler report for sepcific call handlers that is available in Unity Connection Serviceability. I could be mistaken, but I don't believe that can be done with Data Dump.
