I have aPersonal Greeting issue. When the user enrolls they get firstly asked for the recorded name, which they record. They then get asked for their personal greeting. They record their personal greeting and play back and all is ok, they then complete enrollement. The problem is when a caller goes to leave a message they get the standard greeting with the recorded name inserted instead of the Personalised greeting. If I go into the user and select the Greeting, then click on standard greeting the Caller Hear section has the 'My Personal Recording selected. Makes no difference if its that or the system default.
Any ideas how to get the personal greeting to greet the caller, or am I doing something wrong????
Many thanks

Hey Paul,
Good stuff! We don't run Unity Connection so I can't give you any great tips (you might want to re-post this new question so you can gain some insight from someone like Jeff Lindborg or many of the other great NetPros).
Here is an upgrade guide;
Upgrading Cisco Unity Connection or Voice-Recognition Software to the Shipping Version
