Unity Connection 1.2.1 100% CPU - ES2 Issue as well

I have a newly installed Connection 1.2.1 server that is pegged at 100% CPU. It is the CuCSMgr.exe task that is the problem. Does 1.2.1ES2 correct this problem? There is not a release note posted for ES2. When I attempt to install ES2 I get an error that says installation cannot continue because the installer can't find 1.1.1 installed. I'm assuming this isn't normal.

Any help is appreciated.

Problem resolved.

Seems the current version of CSA causes COM problems with Connection. Uninstalled and all is well. The fixed version (CSA v5.x) was due in July and is still not available for download.
