Unity Connection 10 and forwarding rules in Outlook
We have recently upgrade to Unity Connection 10 and are having an issue with rules in outlook not forwarding the voice messages to another email address. however we can force the rule to 'run now' and it work correctly. we are running exchange 2010 SP3 - v14.03.0195.001 and our Outlook clients are mixed between 2010 and 2013.
Thank you for your quick reply, we have the unified messaging service - Message Action for email set to 'replay the message' I will change it to Accept and Replay and see it that fixes the issue.
I made the change to accept and reply and now the VM don't appear in outlook nor did it appear in the alternate email.
This is not expected to work because CUC posts the message directly into the folder over EWS instead of it being being delivered into the mailbox. If you want the messages sent to another mailbox you should configure Message Actions to either Accept and Relay or Relay to the desired address.
