Unity Connection 11.5 and Speechview/Translation re-submit?

Does anyone know a way to resend a voicemail message through he Speechview system? I have a user that gets 4 or 5 of these a week and I would like to try to re-send one of his failed translation emails (voicemail intact) back through the system to try to translate it again.

any suggestions?  (yes - I know I can call the voicemail and leave a new message, but I have been asked we can do this with the ORGINAL message)
