Unity Connection 7.0 - Alternate Extension Bulk Add/Edit

Hello,

I have a customer that has roughly 1,000 sales folks that are going to use their cell phones as alternate extensions in their UCON 7.0(2) system. The plan is to use VM password by-pass so they can be as hands-free as possible from their cell phones along with voicemails being tagged when leaving a message to another user on the system from their cell.

The problem is that I don't see anything in Bulk Add or Edit or anything in the import that would allow us to add these numbers easily for all of these users.

Perhaps I'm missing something available from ciscounitytools.com or an option in the built-in functions to accomplish this?

Hi Brian,

Have you looked into using BAT?

BAT> Update> Users With Voice Mailboxes

Extension_Alt1

The first alternate extension for the user.

Any combination of ASCII alphanumeric characters, from 1 to 40 characters long.
