The User Experience team dictated that all phone products across the board use "PIN" and all web based apps used "Password" - lots of folks hated "password" for the phone because it got confused with the password used for web based access to various apps (inbox, PCA, ...) - not suprisingly when we changed it some folks want it changed back.
Unfortunately this is a VTG wide directive and is not optional. So far as I know, none of the products in VTG will make this adjustable - PIN is the term to be used moving forward.
