Unity Connection 7: Upgrading and "switch versions"
I'm getting conflicting feedback from the TAC regarding upgrading Unity Connection 7. I need to know what database objects are preserved during a "switch version".
For example, we upgrade during the day, but do not "switch versions" until a few days later.
What data is preserved during the switch version and what data is lost?
One TAC engineer told me only voicemail is preserved, and all other data is at the time of upgrade, i.e. recorded name, PINs, etc. Another TAC engineer told me all data is migrated at the time of switch version.
