Unity Connection 7.X and IMAP shared folders

I am migrating to unity connection 7.1 with imap backend. Does the concept of imap shared folders apply to Unity?

For instance a departmental mailbox/account that multiple unity subscribers have access to via their account?

If so can you point me to where/how to configure that - a general direction would be helpful.

Probably need to setup another IMAP profile on the people that need access to the voicemail box.     Unless you want to setup some kind of distro list, but then you would not know who read it, etc.
