Sachin,
The procedure for integrating UC with outlook is done via IMAP:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/design/guide/7xcucdg010.html#wp1070504
As far as UC "talking to Exchange" UC 7.1(2) offers a new feature called "Accept and Relay"
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/release/notes/712cucrn.html#wp377292
Note the following:
Note that any actions the user takes on the relayed copy are not reflected on the message in the Connection message store. If the user does not regularly manage new messages in the Connection message store, the user mailbox may quickly exceed the mailbox quota because new messages are not subject to message-aging policies.
The mail store resides on UC and does not/cannot partner with any off-box mail stores.
Hope that helps,
Brad
