Unity Connection 7.x. The account has been blocked

-Hi,

I have the following problem: The access in administration web page is fail. I attached a screenshot, the language is in spanish.

I resest from CLI command the Administrator user and password and I can't access to the administration web page, however I can access to Cisco Unified OS Administration. why?

Can somebody help me?

There are 2 different commands and 2 different users, they're not tied and changing the pwd from one doesn't affect the other.

You need to reset the pwd from the CUC admin user, not the OS user.
