Unity Connection 8.5 voice promts

We are moving from Unity to Connection 8.5. when you access your mailbox from the tui you are prompted for a PIN in connection. when you access your mailbox in unity it prompts you for your password.  Is ther a way to have it ask for password in Connecttion?

Hi Kevin,

They changed the verbiage in UC to "PIN" as part of a design decision by the product team.  There's no way to customize this.

Brad....thanks for giving us the "official" Cisco word on this buddy +5

Kevin....when we moved to Unity Connection and the prompt changed

from "Password" to "PIN" it only threw off a couple of users <10. In this

day and age you probably won't see a significant impact here.
