Unity Connection 8.6.1 - Upgrading Exchange 2003 to 2010 SP

I'm trying to find documentation specifically for this upgrade, not so much what is required for Exchange to upgrade to 2010 SP1, but what is need to support Unity Connection, and what needs to be done in Unity Connection if anything to support this.

Does anyone have any articles or docs on performing this, or know the high level on what needs to be covered off if any?
