I'm testing Unity Connection features (8.6.2ES25.21900-25) with UCM 8.6.
I can leave message,but it's impossible to read it.
every time calling Unity DN i hear standard prompt "Welcome to Cisco Unity you can leave message or wait for operator"
I was wrong somewhere...

Use RTMT to see what the calling number is and ensure it is correct.
What is your Voicemail profile in CUCM set to?
Is the proper profile assigned to the phone?
Voice Mail profile "Default"
Assigned to phone...
Created Forward busy rule at CM,if no answer-transfers to Voicemail standart greeting.
The main problem-i can not set up message plays from dialed ext.
When pressing "Msgs"--if you want dial ext.,please dils and etc...
The only thing i need from CUCN-simple voice mail without AA functions.
Please use either RTMT port monitor or Remote Port Status Monitor to observe what UCON is seeing as caller id, you can download the second tool from ciscounitytools.com
So,now it works a little more better.
If i press * while "Dial ext. or wait operator",i can hear user menu,where i can manage messages.
How i can set up User menu comes first after dial message box?
