Unity connection 8.6 - Voice Recognition

Hello,

I am looking for some help with Voice recognition feature in Unity connection.

Unity connection has trouble understanding the voice-commands. Multiple people tried, it works for few but not for others.

I played around with “Confirmation Confidence Setting” but no good. I tried to capture “Utterance Capture Trace” but having hard time to play the audio files back. Documentation says the audio files will be stored as WAV files in CCITT (u-law) 8-kHz mono format.

I’ve two questions:

Q1: Has anyone faced the same situation with Voice Recognition feature and knows any possible settings I can tweak to make Unity connection recognize voice commands better?

Q2: Any ideas on an Audio player I can use to play the audio files generated by “Utterance Capture Trace”?
