Unity Connection 8.X reports

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can run a report in UCCXN 8.X that will show how many messages are in a user's mailbox or how much disk space a user's mailbox is taking up?   I've looked through all of the available reports and can't find anything that will give me this info.   I'm running into a problem where my mailbox quotas are too low for some heavy VM users.   I need to be able to find out which users are nearing the quota before they actually hit the quota.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Glenn

The User Data Dump tool can get you this info:

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/UserDataDump/UserDataDump.html

it can kick out the mailbox size/counts/quota limits for all users on your system.

Lindborg,

Thanks for the quick reply.   That is crazy!   I can't believe Cisco wouldn't have added such a report out of the box.

Thanks,

Glenn

Well Cisco Unity Tools is a Cisco-owned site maintained by the BU; namely the answer monkey. They provided it, just not in the Tomcat-based UI.

Hey Glenn,

Just wanted to add my vote to this great suite of tools

Take a few minutes and go through the Tool Help section in the link Jeff

included. CUDD is fantastic and you will find you use it all the time.

There are many other helpful tools for Unity Connection that we can't

live without;

Audiotext Manager for Connection

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/ATM/ATM.html

Connection 8.0(1) Training Material

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Training/Connection/CUC8_01.html

Port Status Remote Monitor for Connection (rPSM)

Cheers!
