any one had done integration between unity connection 10.X and Exch 2013

new-ManagementRoleAssignment -Name:RoleName -Role:ApplicationImpersonation -User:'account' 

what is the the roles 

how can be created on Exchange 

any useful info will be appreciated

Basically, that's the user who will be authorized to impersonate users to perform tasks on behalf of the user. It should be created in Exchange Management Shell. Hope that helps.

based on the step in this link, I cannot see any thing after creating the role ConnectionUMServicesAcct 

I am still on this point , why do need to create this role , I can see any usage for it later !!
