Unity connection call action not ringing destination device

Hello,

I had this feature working when a user presses a number to call an extension, that it would ring on the destination phone.  But after putting the lines on my phones into a partition in CUCM, the call handler in unity connection will not ring the destination phone anymore.

Unity will answer, play the greeting, but when a number is pressed it will not call the destination device.

Is there some other CSS setup I need to do on CUCM?

Yes. If your CUC is integrated to CUCM via SIP then you need to add the new partition to the CSS on the SIP trunk. If your CUC is integrated to CUCM via SCCP then you need to modify the CSS assigned to the Voicemail ports.
