Unity Connection : Cannot listen voicemail : the prompt don't ask it

I've integrated CUC 7.0.2 with a CCM 7.0.2.

After all configurations, I can call the Voicemail pilot.

The prompt ask me to tpe the PIN number.

After, it says to press :

4 to dial an extension

0 to dial to the operator.

It don't ask me to press another button for "Listen to messages".

ho can I resolve it so I could listen to my voicemails?

Best regards,

can you verify that you have built a new user in CUC and the extension is the same is the same as the phone you are calling from?

Sounds like Unity is messed up. If it asks you for a PIN, you should always getting the personal menu options (1 play, 2 send, etc)

The user is created in the CUC. It was been imported from CUCM. The extension in the CUC and CUCM are the same.

After message deposit, the MWI is ON (LED in red in the ipphone).

After verification in the CUC -> Call Management -> Call Routing,

I've seen that it use the Direct Routing rules :

Attempt Sign In

and Open Greeting.

The open greeting don't aske the menu option that says to play voicemails.
