I assume you are recording a greeting for a call handlers (i.e. the opening greeting)? Or is this for your personal subscriber greeting?
Does the greeting get "lost" after you close the SA and then reopen it? Or are you just not hearing it over the phone? Any chance you are recording a greeting that Connection is not configured to play?
Have you tried changing the greeting over the phone conversation instead? There may be an issue with the media master control with your site's security settings for the browser for instance.
