Unity connection default settings

In trying to get other things operation on Unity connection I have managed to make it not work correctly.

When I go into the system it asks for an id and pin, before it would just ask for the pin and then you would hit * if you wanted a different number then your extention.

I am certain it is an easy fix, but can not find what I did to make this change. It also appears that if you hit # it doesn't redirect it either. It just hangs up on the call.

Hi -

The places I would check first are:

- On your own account, caller input keys. Also check to see what conversation you are using.

- System Call Handlers - Opening Greeting - caller input keys.

- In CallManager, does your DN still have the right voicemail profile selected? It sounds like you have lost your easy message access to voicemail if you get prompted for userid and pin when you press the Messages key.
