Hi -
The places I would check first are:
- On your own account, caller input keys. Also check to see what conversation you are using.
- System Call Handlers - Opening Greeting - caller input keys.
- In CallManager, does your DN still have the right voicemail profile selected? It sounds like you have lost your easy message access to voicemail if you get prompted for userid and pin when you press the Messages key.
