Unity Connection Express 8.5 not sending Voicemails to Email
I have CUE 8.5 on a 2921 router. All of the servers and server IPs are correct. The mailbox is configured correctly with the correct email address, The enable notification to this device CHECKED, the attach message to outgoing email notification CHECKED, and every checkbox in the schedule checked. It is set to send All Messages. On the Exchange, the IPs of the router has been added to permitted relay so it can send emails to the Exchange. However, when I call the number and leave a message, it does not forward the message to the email address listed.
