I have two Unity Connection servers and have the HA license. The publisher server shows 200 users and 24 ports. The subscriber server shows 24 ports not allocated.
What do I need to do to get the high availability established? Is it just a matter of building those 24 ports from the subsciber to the call manager cluster?
Thanx, Seth

Hi Seth -
Your UC subscriber also has to have a license with its own MAC address - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/administration/guide/7xcucsag310.html#wp1068876
To configure the ports for a UC HA cluster - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/cluster_administration/guide/7xcuccag020.html#wp1049032
Hope this helps! Ginger
