We have a new unity connection server running version 1.2.1 and all incoming calls receive the message that the system is unavailable. It also shows a failsafe message when monitoring the ports. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Did you rename the server?

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if the name was changed or not. I received the problem after another technician staged the server and began installation and he is not available now. I saw that bug earlier and thought it might be the problem, but I'm just not sure what was done. I guess for now I will just re-image the box since it is not in production yet and will only take a couple of hours.
