Unity Connection intercept message

we are migrating a site from 10 digit number  to 8 digit dialling. is it possible that for anyone who dials the old 10 digit number to be intercepted with a Unity connection voicemail message and then send the call to the original dialled number (so that it reaches the new 8 digit Number). This would be for many extensions - so having individual call handlers with after greeting action of dial new 8 digit number is not really practical.

There is not way to do this

There is not way to do this in CUC without individual entries, you would need to use UCCX, UCCE, IVR to accomplish this.
