Unity Connection Notification Devices fail During a Holiday

We utilize notification devices within Unity Connection 8.6.  We only used the notification device after-hours for on-call staff.  Utilizing Cisco PCA, I've setup an active/not active schedule as to when the notification devices will only be called after business hours.

We ran into a problem during the 4th of July Holiday.  Our office was closed during the day and on-call staff did not notificed because of the schedule that was sutup in PCA.  Is there a way to setup a Holiday schedule for notification devices.
