Unity Connection: Purging user voice mail

Is there a way to purge an individual's voice mail from Unity Connection and not from their phone? I can't seem to find any way of doing this. It was quite easy to do in my old NEC pbx.

Not sure I understand what you mean... do you mean how to delete a user's messages without removing them as a voice mail user entirely? Or do you mean the MWI indicator on the phone being cleared?

There's only one copy of messages in one spot for Connection - so I'm a bit confused by what you would mean by leaving messages on their phone but removing them from Connection if that's what you're trying to do...
