I'm currently running CUC 10.5.1 and a few users brought this to my attention today. When users go to check there VM they get 2 ring backs before the prompt that says enter your pin and then at times it goes right into the prompt. So I checked on my phone and the first time I checked my VM it got 2 ring backs and then the prompt. Then I hug up and tried again and it went right into the prompt. How can I get rid of the phone ringing twice before the prompt.
Check the CUC VM's CPU/memory usage. You could also make the test again when there is little or no (voice) traffic on your network; i.e. off-business hours.
